The set period is only the minimum duration, and you have lifetime access to the course, allowing you to complete it at your own pace. Unlike other institutions, we do not charge any extension fees.

The course includes self-assessment MCQs for each module, which you can attempt multiple times. There is no final examination at the end of the course.

Since there are only self-assessment MCQs, you will be given free additional attempts.

As AYUSH doctor, you are eligible to enroll in our certificate courses and Fellowships in Integrated Medicine, for example — the Fellowship in Family Medicine - Integrated Medicine. Upon completion, you can use the suffix F.F.M. (Integrated Medicine). Please note that the standard Fellowships, such as the Fellowship in Family Medicine (F.F.M.), are exclusively available to MBBS graduates.

Once you successfully complete the course, you may request issuance of your certificate. Before issuing the certificate, our team will verify your course completion status, payment status, and submitted qualification documents. After successful verification, the certificate will be issued and shared with you in both soft copy (digital format) and hard copy format as per the applicable process and timelines (approximately 7-14 working days). For Indian students enrolled in courses of 3 months or longer, the hard copy certificate is provided free of charge. For international students, applicable shipping and handling charges will be additional and may vary depending on the destination country.

It takes 7 to 14 working days to issue the certificate once we receive your documents after you complete the course and submit the required documents.

Documents are required before your certificate can be issued. If you did not submit them during registration, please email the required documents to us after completing your course.

For Certificate Courses: Submit any one of the following: a one-year marksheet, admission letter, or college ID card that proves you are a healthcare student or have completed it.

For Fellowship Programs: Submit your bachelor's degree marksheets, degree certificate, and either a temporary license (if you are an intern) or a permanent license (if you have completed your degree).

The certificates are awarded by Virtued Academy International, an autonomous organization registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. Our online/blended Certificate and Fellowship programs operate independently of NMC approval requirements. We maintain complete transparency regarding our credentials and hold accreditation and recognition from esteemed international institutions, including IAOTH, UK, and IRAP.

Upon completion of the courses, you may use the suffix to enhance your credentials. The Code of Medical Ethics Regulations, 2002 (Refer 1.4.2) also guides that physicians shall display as suffix to their names only recognized medical degrees or such certificates/diplomas and memberships/honours which confer professional knowledge or recognize any exemplary qualification/achievements.

The clinical observership is optional, and is available only for post-MBBS fellowships. Students gain extensive knowledge through numerous online case studies, and each video lesson includes a Q&A section with an image attachment option. This allows students to interact with experts, discuss cases, and receive answers to their questions, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience.

Clinical observership opportunities are available for post-MBBS Fellowship courses in India, the UK, and the USA through our affiliated hospitals and partner institutions. In India, one-month observerships at selected partner hospitals are available free of charge, while placements at certain other hospitals may involve an additional cost. Observerships in the UK and USA are available at an additional cost. If you prefer to undertake your observership at a hospital near you or at a hospital of your choice, we can provide a recommendation letter at no additional cost to assist you in securing the placement.

Yes, you can enroll in our Certificate and Fellowship courses even before clearing the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE). However, the optional clinical observership cannot be arranged in India until you have cleared the FMGE, since Indian hospitals require this for foreign medical graduates.

If you already hold a valid practising license in the country where you studied, we can instead arrange your observership in the UK or USA. All other aspects of the course — lectures, case studies, assessments, and certification — remain unaffected either way.

Virtued Academy International does not offer a separate "diploma" tier. Our program structure covers the same specialty depth doctors typically look for in a PG diploma through two tracks: the 3-month Certificate Course (30 CPD points) for a focused introduction to a specialty, and the 12-month Fellowship (120 CPD points) for advanced, in-depth training with an optional clinical observership. Most doctors searching for a "diploma after MBBS" are better served by the Fellowship, which offers deeper clinical exposure than a typical diploma program.

A PG Diploma is typically a university-affiliated academic program built around formal semester exams. A Fellowship, such as those offered through Virtued Eduversity, is a skill- and case-based specialty program built around practical clinical competence, mentorship, and — for post-MBBS fellowships — an optional clinical observership, rather than a semester exam structure. Doctors usually choose a fellowship when they want faster, practice-oriented specialisation alongside their existing clinical work.

A specialty fellowship can strengthen your clinical credibility, expand the range of conditions and procedures you're confident managing, and support you in positioning as a specialist within your existing practice. Many doctors use their fellowship credential to justify offering specialised consultations they weren't previously trained for. That said, actual income outcomes depend on your practice setting, location, and patient base — Virtued does not guarantee any specific salary or income increase.

However, as with any CPD program, it does not itself grant a practising licence. International applicants should confirm the specific licensing and registration requirements with the medical regulator in the country where they intend to practice.
